Datestone has 1871 on one side and 1876 on the other. Currently occupied by TSB Originally it was George Thorpe's Drapers Store and was one of the first shops in Bradford to use electric light for display purposes. George Thorpe had Ardenlea, Ilkley built for him in 1881
